Required Documents for Visa Application
The application form provided here is for your information only. We recommend completing the online application form and submitting it along with the required documents when you visit the Greece Visa Application Center (VAC) in Iran. This will help streamline and expedite your application process.
Additionally, the “Data Protection Information” document must be printed and included as one of the main documents in your application file.
Before submitting your application, please review all the required documents according to your travel purpose and ensure they are complete.
We recommend using the available online services to make your visa application process simpler and faster.
To get started, first create an account. After receiving the confirmation email, complete the registration process by setting a password and logging into the system (click on the relevant option at the top of the homepage to log in). During registration, you must select the Visa Application Center (VAC) based on your place of residence.
After completing the registration, you can schedule your appointment. To find the nearest VAC, click here.
If you wish to submit your visa application online, this method helps reduce wait times and administrative steps at the VAC. If online application is not possible, you can use the form completion service at the Greece Visa Application Center. After completing the form, you must bring a printed copy along with the required documents to your appointment.

After submitting your application at the VAC, you can track its status through the online system and be notified when your passport is ready for collection.
You can submit your visa application in two ways:
- Online Application: Submit your visa application online to expedite the process and reduce wait times at the Visa Application Center (VAC). After completing the application, schedule an appointment at your local VAC to submit the required documents and complete the final steps of your application. After submitting your online application, make sure to bring a printed copy along with the required documents when you visit the VAC.
- In-Person Submission: To complete your visa application process, first book an appointment at your local VAC. On the scheduled day, visit the center with all the required documents and submit your application in person.
