1- Security Regulations
Access to the Visa Application Center is only allowed for visa applicants.
- Individuals under 18 years old are only allowed entry if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Senior citizens, individuals with specific medical conditions or disabilities who require assistance, are allowed to bring one companion.
1.1- Prohibited Items at the Visa Application Center
Handbags, suitcases, or backpacks are not allowed inside the center and cannot be stored there.
Electronic devices and battery-powered items (cameras, tablets, laptops, external hard drives, USBs, voice recorders, MP3 players, and similar devices) are not allowed into the center.
Dangerous and prohibited items include the following:
- Sealed packages or envelopes
- Flammable items such as lighters, electronic cigarettes, matches, or any type of fuel
- Sharp objects such as scissors, pocket knives, nail files
- Weapons, explosives, or any similar items
Registration and Visa Appointment Rules
- The mobile number, national ID code, and bank card must belong to the main applicant.
- After creating an account, appointments can only be made for immediate family members (spouse and children).
- If an appointment is made for unauthorized individuals, their entry will be prohibited, and the paid fees will not be refunded.
- A fee of 27 Euros will be collected in Iranian Rials when reserving an appointment.
- On the day of the appointment, this amount will only be refunded if the documents are successfully submitted at the Visa Application Center, and the payment will be refunded in Euros.
- If the documents are not submitted, the Rials payment will not be refunded.
- If the applicant does not show up at the scheduled time, they can reschedule for up to 60 days.
- Entry is only allowed 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time. Entry outside this time window is not permitted.
- Once an appointment is made, it cannot be canceled.
- If the applicant fails to show up, has incomplete documents, or does not submit the file, they must request a new appointment, and the paid fees are non-refundable.
- Appointments scheduled after 14:00 are considered prime-time appointments, and a 45 Euro charge will be added to the service fee.

- All rules and regulations must be followed, and the responsibility for any issues or violations rests with the applicant.
