By paying 50 EUR, you can enjoy the Premium Lounge services at the Greece Visa Application Centers. This special service is designed for applicants who are looking for a faster, more comfortable, and personalized process.

Benefits of the Premium Lounge Service:

• Exclusive Access: Submit documents and complete the visa application process at a dedicated counter without waiting in line
• Personal Assistance: A special representative will assist you throughout the visa application process
• Free Additional Services: Includes passport delivery by courier, standard passport photo, photocopying and printing of required documents, and SMS notifications

How to Use the Service:

• On the day of your visit, simply inform one of the staff members between 09:00 and 14:00

• Or by booking an online appointment for the Premium Lounge

Courier Services – Easy and Secure Passport Delivery

With the optional courier service, you can receive your passport or travel document at your home or preferred location without the need for an in-person visit.

Features of the Courier Service:

• Secure Delivery: Passport delivery through Aramex Iran private courier service to the address you specify during the application
• Easy Tracking: Receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status online on the Aramex Iran website
• Time-saving: No need for an additional visit to the Visa Application Center

How to Use the Service:

• When submitting your visa application, you can choose the courier service and pay the fee
• After the passport is sent, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the delivery status in real-time

Special Photography Services

The optional photography service for visa applicants includes taking 6 passport-sized photos, which can only be paid in cash. These photos are taken at the photography booth at the Visa Application Center. The cost of this service is in addition to the visa fee and other service fees that the applicant may use.

Printing Services

This optional printing service is available for each page. You can print documents such as online bookings, emails, or any other documents at the Greece Visa Application Center. To use this service, please contact our team for necessary guidance.

SMS Notification

When submitting your application, you can benefit from the optional SMS service for each passport. With this service, you will receive SMS messages that keep you informed about the different stages of your application process and notify you when your passport is ready for delivery at the Greece Visa Application Center or ready for dispatch to your address.
